Game client errors


Game client errors

If you cannot enter the game due to an error in the game client 

  • Make sure you are using the correct Lineage 2 game client to connect to RPG-club servers.
  • If you have reason to believe that the error is caused by a particular location your character is in, first of all try to use the "Teleport" function in the account control panel on the site.
  • Check out the list of the most common critical errors and ways to fix them.

If you did not manage to solve the problem yourself, you need to create a support ticket, attaching the following files and information:

1. Go to the "Start" menu, select "Run" and in the window that appears, enter dxdiag. Click the "Save all information" button at the bottom of the window and attach the resulting file to your ticket.

2. Go to the "Start" menu, select "Run" and in the window that appears, enter msinfo32. Select "File" -> "Save" in the menu and attach the resulting file to your ticket(If the file is larger than 2MB, add it into an archive)

3. Right-click on the "My Computer" icon, select "Properties" and send a screenshot of the window that opens.

4. If you have an antivirus or firewall installed, please provide its name and version.

5. If an error window appears when a problem occurs, attach its screenshot.
