If you cannot enter the game due to an error in the game client
If you did not manage to solve the problem yourself, you need to create a support ticket, attaching the following files and information:1. Go to the "Start" menu, select "Run" and in the window that appears, enter dxdiag. Click the "Save all information" button at the bottom of the window and attach the resulting file to your ticket.2. Go to the "Start" menu, select "Run" and in the window that appears, enter msinfo32. Select "File" -> "Save" in the menu and attach the resulting file to your ticket. (If the file is larger than 2MB, add it into an archive)3. Right-click on the "My Computer" icon, select "Properties" and send a screenshot of the window that opens.4. If you have an antivirus or firewall installed, please provide its name and version.5. If an error window appears when a problem occurs, attach its screenshot.
