Account recovery
All accounts on rpg-club.org are valid indefinitely and are never deleted.
If you have forgotten your account name, you can request a reminder at https://www.rpg-club.org/p-lostaccount. To do this you will need to specify the registration e-mail address.
Accounts that have not been used for a long time are locked to ensure the safety of their data.If your account is blocked as not used for a long time, you can request unblocking by contacting support.
Content of long-unused accounts - characters and items on them – can be removed during scheduled database cleanups during server merges. The administration warns about such cleanups in advance. Check with the support staff about the possibility of restoring such characters.
To restore access to accounts blocked as a result of violation of the game rules, read the VIOLATIONS AND SANCTIONS section.
