If you find a game bug or have suffered/lost game valuables/advantages due to this game bug, please include the following information in your support ticket:

1. Date and time (GMT+3) of the incident

2. Game location where it happened

3. Nicknames of characters involved in a game situation that resulted in an error.
That is, the nicknames of the affected characters, as well as the nicknames of the characters, whose actions caused you to lose game valuables/advantages when it comes to exploiting game bugs by other players.

4. What the error/bug consists in.

5. Reference to a competent source, where it's written hat this situation is a bug and not a part of the authentic game process (optionally, if a precedent exists)

6. What would you like to achieve with this appeal
