If account was shared - more than one person had access to the account - administration retains the right to refuse account hack investigation. 

If you are convinced that access to your account and the valuables on it was unauthorized, before contacting support with a claim about hacking/theft from your account, you should ensure and reinforce its protection:

• change account password
• change password of the registration e-mail address and make sure that you have full and exclusive access to it, as well as set access recovery options (security question, backup e-mail, etc.)
• set up IP protection

When submitting a ticket about  account hack/ingame valuables theft lease specify the period of time in which the theft took place, as well as the list of items stolen from your account.
